1. Personal data we collect
Noriqel collects and processes the following personal data: full name, email address, phone number, home address, valid official identification, Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), financial and asset information necessary to evaluate the investment profile, browsing and platform usage data, IP address, and approximate geolocation data.
2. Purposes of data processing
The personal data we collect will be used for the following primary purposes: (a) register and verify user identity on the platform; (b) evaluate the investment profile and comply with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) regulatory obligations; (c) manage investments made through the platform; (d) track projects and distribute returns; (e) address user requests, complaints, and claims; (f) comply with requirements from competent authorities. As secondary purposes: (g) send communications about new projects, promotions, and platform updates; (h) conduct internal statistical analysis to improve our services; (i) personalize the user experience on the platform.
3. Data transfers
Noriqel may transfer your personal data to the following entities without requiring your consent, as provided by the LFPDPPP: (a) Mexican regulatory authorities, including the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV), the Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF), and the Tax Administration Service (SAT); (b) identity verification and regulatory compliance service providers; (c) financial institutions involved in fund management; (d) external auditors for compliance with legal obligations.
4. ARCO Rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). The request must contain: the data subject's full name, a clear description of the ARCO right you wish to exercise, documents proving the identity of the data subject, and any element that facilitates the location of personal data. Noriqel will respond to your request within 20 business days following its receipt.
